Below are templates you can download and use to support your grantseeking. The forms are editable PDFs. You can also view several of our templates on Notion. If you choose to create a Notion account (it’s free!), you can duplicate and customize the templates to meet your needs.
Step 1. Complete initial research on potential funders. Use the checkboxes to indicate the next steps.
Step 2. When you find a foundation that has a funding program of interest, complete the foundation profile to capture key aspects of the program.
Step 3. After you receive an award, capture the details in a database or a simple tracker like the one below.
